PTFE Tubing
PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) a fluorocarbon-based polymer, is a resin supplied in powdered form, which is mixed, preformed, and extruded into a paste, and then finally tubing. PTFE tubing can be used in a wide variety of applications due to its high chemical resistance, high and low temperature capability, resistance to weathering, electrical and thermal insulation, gas and vapor permeability properties and lowest coefficient of friction of any solid material. The tubing is translucent white in color.

Applications
Pharma & Biopharma:
Tubing for deionized water transfer, pure water and fluid systems, solvent handling, and corrosive chemical transfer. Suitable for laboratory and medical applications, pure air and gas systems, and pharmaceutical processing and packaging, as well as food and beverage processing where high chemical inertness and purity are critical.
Industrial Applications:
Tubing for automotive fluid handling, petrochemical transfer, adhesives and hot-glue delivery, paint spray systems, and environmental sampling. Additional applications include cable bundling and jacketing, connector sleeves, wire and electrical insulation, internal sheathing, robotics, cryogenic applications, lighting covers, and flame-retardant protective coverings.
