PTFE Capsule Filters
Capsule PTFE filters are specifically designed using advanced technology in air and liquid filtration industry. It incorporate 0.2 um PTFE membrane, to provide great particle-reten on capability and high performance reliability. The construction of capsule filters uses thermal welding technology with polypropylene housings to avoid any adhesives or glues, ensuring broad chemical compatibility and providing lower extractables. Typical applications involves process air/gas filtration, tank bioreactor or fermentor venting, filtration of organic chemicals, acids, etchants, solvents, sterile tank vent, and dry compressed gases.
