Inteviz overmold Connections provide seamless, leak-proof, and sterile junctions for single-use assemblies. By molding high-purity elastomers directly over tubing interfaces, they eliminate clamps and barbs, reduce dead zones, and ensure consistent, high-strength fluid paths, ideal for manifolds, transfer lines, and closed-system bioprocess operations.
By eliminating multiple joints and long tubing loops, overmolding delivers a compact, seamless, and smooth flow path.
Unlike conventional Tee fittings, overmolded connections provide a seamless flow path—minimizing shear stress and preserving cell viability in ATF systems.
